The Mobile SaunaPrivacy policy

This policy explains what personal information The Mobile Sauna collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it to the minimum we need to run our bookings safely.
Who we are
The Mobile Sauna is run by Tiberius Green, a sole trader based in Hertfordshire. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the “controller” of your personal information.

What we collect
- Enquiry details you send through our contact form or by phone, email or message: your name, email address, phone number, event type, dates, location, guest numbers and anything you include in your message.
- Booking details: the information needed to plan and deliver your event, including site address, access arrangements and invoicing details.
- Correspondence between us.
- Health forms: before using the sauna, each guest completes a short health form so we can check the sauna and cold plunge are safe for them. This may include information about medical conditions.
- Photos and video taken at events.
We take payment by bank transfer against an invoice. We never collect or store card details.
How we use it, and our legal basis

Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We only share it with services that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Google (Gmail), our email provider
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website
- Our bank, to process payments you make to us
- Our insurer or professional advisers, if needed for a claim or legal matter
- Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect someone’s safety
Some of these providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics that identify you. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking: deleted within 6 months.
- Booking records and correspondence: kept for 6 months after the event, except financial records, which we keep for up to 6 years to meet tax law.
- Health forms: kept only for as long as we need them for the booking and any insurance purposes, then securely destroyed.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- ask us to restrict or stop using it
- ask for it in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

Age
Our sauna is for guests aged 16 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information about anyone under 16.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We’ll update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
